Our rooms

Wide, simple and welcoming

Twenty-one comfortable, spacious, and bright studios, conceived for offering a welcoming atmosphere and total independence. All the studios feature private bathroom, some have a balcony and all of them have a fully equipped kitchenette to cook a quick meal or your favourite dish.
The residence has apartments that can accommodate from one to four people, with the possibility of choosing between standard and superior studios. All of them are equipped with bed linen, bath towels and hairdryer.

Self and Fast Check-in & Check-out
With the aim of offering a more convenient and faster service, we encourage guests to use online check-in to speed up and simplify the procedure. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive an e-mail the day before your arrival so that you can register yourself.
The staff is operating with a limited schedule. An automatic safe (with combination) is therefore available at the entrance and there you can get the key for your apartment, which will be available as of 3.30 pm on the day of arrival.
Ticino Ticket
Upon check in, you will be sent the Ticino Ticket a pass allowing you to use the public transport in total freedom throughout the region; you will also get discounts for ski lifts, boats, entrance to museums and for the access to the main tourist attractions in Canton Ticino.
Mini Gym
For those who want to keep fit even when travelling, guests staying at the GuestHouse University can benefit from the mini gym located on the ground floor of the residence.
High speed Wi-Fi
At the GuestHouse University you can always count on high-speed Wi-Fi, available 24 hours a day for free in rooms and public areas.
Free self-service laundry and ironing
At the GuestHouse University, guests can have free access to the self-service laundry and ironing area in the dedicated room located on the ground floor.
